Sealed bids will be received by the Pearl River Community College at the Allied Health Building (Building

#6) located at 5448 US Hwy 49 S, Hattiesburg, MS, 39401, until 2 p.m. on September 19, 2023, at which

time all proposals will be opened and read aloud for:

Allied Health Center Classroom Building

Pearl River Community College, Hattiesburg Campus

Hattiesburg, Mississippi 39401

Bid documents may be obtained through Plan House Printing at https://www.ar- architectsprojects.com. Login

information (username and password) will be provided by Plan House Printing at (601) 336-6378. Bid

preparation shall be in accordance with instructions to bidders bound in the project manual. For any questions

regarding the electronic bid process, contact Plan House Printing at (601) 336- 6378.

A Pre-bid meeting will be held on September 5, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. at the Allied Health Center on the

Hattiesburg Campus (meet at south entrance at the main entry lobby). Attendance by all Bidders is

strongly encouraged.

Each delivered bid must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with

the legend, “Allied Health Center Classroom Building.” Electronic Bids must be received with an acknowledged

cover sheet, providing the same legend. All bidders are to upload electronic bids in .PDF format only.

Pearl River Community College reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
